Missing protein synonyms

Another issue: protein synonyms are not propagated to the measurement terms

I am not opposed to add them in (its 5 minutes work), but consider that people should probably go to PRO to get PRO synonyms

I dont think this is possible with DOSDP tools right now, we would have to implement this I think: INCATools/dosdp-tools#246 (5 year old issue) :P
