Is there a way to automatically sort/order the emoji?

Sorry for the very vague title, I don't know how to word this question better, maybe because i dont know the Tasks vocabulary.

All my tasks start with - [ ] ttt

What i would like is to (automatically?) order the emoji of my tasks.

Here is my workflow when i want to create the task "bla bla bla":

I use a script which creates the following for me:

- [ ] ttt |  ➕ 2025-09-20 

as you can see, the cursor is | and is 1 space after the ttt part. Perfect.
Now i can type bla bla bla:

- [ ] ttt bla bla bla | ➕ 2025-09-20 

Next I want to add a due date, so i type due 2 month + enter and Tasks is smart enough to create it:

- [ ] ttt bla bla bla 📅 2025-11-20 ➕ 2025-09-20 

Here comes the problem: Is there a way to move the due date (📅 2025-11-20) after created date (➕ 2025-09-20) automatically? My eyes would read much better all my various tasks, if the emoji would always be in a specific order.

I searched in the config, i searched in issues and also in discussions, but i have seen no such mentions of sorting the emoji.

Hi, there is no control over the order that Tasks fields are written, but I believe it writes the Created date as the first of the Date fields, so you run the “Create or Edit Task” command and then press Return, and I expect it will reorder the fields as you request.

that's true, using the modal puts created in front, which is pretty much what i want. however i'd like to have this automatic, right after i submit any of the other dates (like due date in my case).

I wonder if i could fix this with templater

Why note move the cursor to the end of the line before adding the Due date.

Or, if it is non-recurring, what I sometimes do is quickly toggle the task to Done and back to Todo, and Tasks rewrites the task in the default field order.

honestly, because i was already typing 'there'. moving to the end means i have to press fn + right (so move my hands from alphabet, then back to alphabet). I know its such a minor thing, but when things 'align just right', it's a wonderful experience.
