Description
Related to #22095.
This PR verifies the analysis of open-telemetry/semantic-conventions#3120 which only identifies
container.image.tagas a breaking change.For now I changed that to use a local reference and added a todo to handle this later. The rest of attributes can be referenced directly from the latest semconv.
The
container.image.tagtransition will be handled by #44589.Link to tracking issue
