Hi, this is my first time opening an issue for an external project, so I apologize if my report does not fully follow conventions.

The main point is as follows:

After executing the Docker command mentioned at the end of the Ruby OTLP exporter documentation:
https://opentelemetry.io/docs/languages/ruby/exporters/#otlp-endpoint

it would be helpful to indicate which URL or port should be opened to view the telemetry UI.

I am still new to OpenTelemetry and did not know (until I looked it up) that the standard UI port for Jaeger is 16686. It took me some time to reach the expected UI screen.

Therefore, it would be great if the documentation could explicitly mention the port where the UI can be accessed after running the last Docker command.
