Which issue(s) this PR addresses: This PR adds a claude slash command using which QE can generate comprehensive list of test cases and automate important ones using RobotFramework.
Also includes a template that can be customized by any project to generate test cases for their projects and generate automation test suites based on their framework.
Usage:
/generate-tests OCPSTRAT-<number>Closes #
