replace bimvie.ws which runs on bimserver and tomcat9

I am trying to translate the bimvie.ws which runs on bimserver tomcat9,
Steps :
1 ) I unzipped the jar folder in plugins,
2 ) modify it,
3 ) create a new jar file,
4) replace it in the plugin folders,
5) restart tomcat9

the error I got then is No webmodule bimviews found
