Exporting to PDF in a clean format

Hi use a lot of expandable item in my notes to make easier to just reads specific part of the notes and to move around the notes, but then when I export to a PDF has a strange appearance, and since pdf are not dynamic should be better to just remove all the border and graphics parts which don't provide any meaningful to the notes. This also cause the page to have a strange format, having a reduce width and so using much more pages when printing
