Support markdown download in bulk

GitBook is a great editor, but it lacks the integration features needed to blend with other tools. Markdown export has been requested almost two years ago (Jan 2024) but I don't see any advances in the matter according to your documentation.

Currently, the only download format supported when downloading all pages is PDF. This is very limiting when it comes to what can be done with the pages that are already created. Being able to download a site in markdown would allow to create company branded files more seamlessly, import documentation to company internal platforms, and more relevant to today's day and age, train LLMs on our own documentation.
Currently, none of this is made easy by the exclusively-PDF-download supported in GitBook.
