[Free plan] Read replica stuck after Postgres upgrade attempt - no access to remove

Hi, I’ve had a read replica stuck in my Supabase project for over two weeks. I’m on the free tier and can’t delete it manually. Because of this, I can’t upgrade Postgres, and now I also get this error when trying to restart the project: "Unable to locate a single valid target for the restart; found 2 for ocakppqqnkibvfqqfjol."

This issue occurred during a Postgres upgrade attempt between October 5-21, while Supabase was experiencing regional outages and elevated latency. I suspect the replica got stuck due to those infrastructure problems.

I’ve submitted two support requests via the official form, but haven’t received any response. Can someone from the team help remove the replica or advise how to proceed?

Supabase does not monitor here regularly.

Sort of unclear how you are doing a read replica if you are free plan. You need to be Pro https://supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/read-replicas#prerequisites

Are you Free or Pro?
How long ago did you submit the oldest ticket.
You can drop your ticket # here if over a few days and I have an informal path to escalate issue from for project lock ups after enough time has passed.

I bumped them to the contact at SB I have. All they can do is make sure it is in the right queue.

I still don't understand though what read replica has to do with anything. Free plans can't do read replicas.

I don't understand how this happened, there was some kind of failure during the Postgres update. As a result, nothing was updated for me and the replica was frozen.

I rebumped my Supabase contact. Seems it was still lost.
He responded with this: "ok, done, escalated and add priority tag, thank you!"
