[Feature Request] eslint-plugin-oxlint integration

It would be nice to add a feature where, when specified, the user's existing eslint config gets updated to use eslint-plugin-oxlint and buildFromOxlintConfigFile so all rules are optimally disabled in a dual-linter setup.

Since the migrate tool already knows which rules are not supported yet by oxlint etc

The ESLint community has many ways to create a flat configuration, I do not see a ways to make sure it will work for everybody.

Hm yeah, very true that it might be hard. Maybe it is worth the de-facto standard way from the official docs though? https://eslint.org/docs/latest/use/configure/configuration-files

@camc314 what do you think? My thoughts are having a custom oxc rule for it, because we need the AST.
Should this be enabled by default? The category feels wrong.
I denied the request some weeks ago with #70, I guess we should look into it?
