Support latest opal Docker image

Hi,

Currently, the last appVersion Helmchart setted is 0.7.6.
However, new opal docker image (server & client) are published (latest in 0.8.3).
What are your recommendations regarding using the latest docker images with the chart? Is the helm chart is validated with latest opal docker image?
