dynamixel motor connecting is ok but write/read is fail

there is always showing "could not parse received data bytearray(b'\x00\xff\xff\x00') after sending DxlPingPacket(id=0)"

what should I do to solve the problem?

Data sent back by the motor are corrupted. It can be due to:

• Interferences on the bus line:
  • Change the 3-write cable, their degrade progressively (especially if it's old)
  • 1 tip is to cut the central wire of (only) the first cable to connected to the USB, especially if it's a long cable)
• Faulty motor (Flash this motor with a fresh firmware and/or try another motor to identify the problem)
• Faulty USB device (such as USB2AX) (try another USB device to identify the problem)
