Reasons:

  1. It being ignored / not doing anything anyways
  2. Mojo doesn't really have a compiler that fits the conda view of a compiler. Compiler version needs to be very specific for now and the foreseeable feature and should just be manually specified.

I don't believe that the failing tests are related to my changes, but if that isn't the case, let me know and I'll go looking!
