TabList next button visibility issue

Describe the bug

When the tab list is occupying certain widths, there can be an issue where the next button doesn't disappear even though the tab list has been scrolled all the way to the end

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to StackBlitz Reproducer
2. Use next arrow to scroll all the way to the end of the tab list
3. See that the last element is cut off

Expected behavior

Last element should not be cut off
