Update templates #154
Description
In the RCOS Google Drive there is a top-level TEMPLATES folder that has useful templates for meeting slides, forms, etc. that could be phenomenal to use. However, they are outdated! We need to bring them up to date and then document their use in the Handbook Coordinators section so we don't forget they exist again.
