Feature request: Move windows by increment for precise positioning

I'm surprised that the move window right/left/etc options snap windows to one side. I would have expected it to move the window by an increment in one direction.

Is this possible to do?

I don't mind considering a pull request to add this to Rectangle, but it's not something that I have plans to add in myself.

This is available in Rectangle Pro (paid), referred to as "nudge".
