I noticed that the dual-modality dataset MimitouSmibert2021 (link to DOI) includes standard inputs for scATAC-seq, but unfortunately, the corresponding CITE-seq data seems to be missing from the database. This portion of the data is quite significant for users who are working on multi-modal analyses.

Would it be possible to incorporate the CITE-seq data component into the database?
