Scijava coding style kills comment paragraph formatting #4

Running Eclipse Version: 2021-12 (4.22.0)
All I've done is imported the scijava coding style.
Applying auto-formatter turns this:
into this:
It looks like a big part of this is the Remove blank lines option from the Javadoc section:
Are we happy with this setting?
