SAM not present in node build

Hi @shogo82148 - first of all thanks for creating this repo: it's really useful to be able to use node >12 in our pipeline.

However, we are running into an issue because lambci used to have sam, while this version seems not to have it: would it be possible to add it? Thanks!

I remove them because they get updated frequently.
Please run pipx install aws-lambda-builders in your pipeline.
