feat(splitAdjacentBlockquotes): add option to split adjacent blockquote blocks

With this option enabled, this:

> some other text
```

witll result in:

```html
<blockquote>
    <p>some text</p>
</blockquote>
<blockquote>
    <p>some other text</p>
</blockquote>
```

This is the default behavior of GFM.
