Display events on meeting index pages

Technically, events are not meetings, and they won't have any generated meeting page on sigpwny.com as well. However, I think it's worthwhile to show them on the index pages so that people are aware of them.

• Use a special "Event" badge instead of the other meeting badges (although for technical purposes, they can be treated as "general")
• Clicking link takes the user to a linked event page, if it exists
  • For UIUCTF and Fall CTF series, we can link directly to the generated uiuc.tf and fallctf.com pages once those are built.

Note: events already appear in generated iCalendar files under the "general" meeting type, this should remain unchanged.
