Unit test cli.go #196
Description
We currently don't have any tests for cli.go. For v1 the priority was to cover the more numerous points of failure elsewhere in the app. Beyond v1 we should look to instrument whatever is sensible here also.
With some mocking, we should be able to at least test sourceWriteFunc(), and maybe with some more effort RunCli.
