Minor typo [here](https://github.com/snowplow-incubator/snowplow-micro/blob/69f714dea7d79e0c05717c662dc8bdeb8ecac6c3/.github/workflows/deploy.yml#L81): `ver` -> `version`, that causes `rc` releases to also be tagged `latest-distroless`.
