Codepush crashes on Android but works on iOS

Hello,
I had codepush working completely fine on iOS, but on Android, when I accept the update, the app just crashes and rolls back to the previous version ...
The log in chrome console disappears quickly so I am not sure what this thing is related to but it seems to be style related... If it is the case, why would it work on iOS though?
