Remove references to stumptownsyndicate.org since it's been squatted

I wasn't sure where to put this, but your domain name `stumptownsyndicate.org` has been squatted and now goes to some page in Russian. It would probably be a good idea to remove all references to it from your github account here, especially since other projects' codes of conduct reference yours.
