Seeking Guidance on Running Teler Application with Systemd

I am currently working on managing the continuous execution of the Teler application and would appreciate your insights on configuring it to run persistently using the systemctl utility.

My goal is to set up Teler in such a way that it starts automatically on system boot, and I can easily manage its lifecycle using systemctl commands (e.g., start, stop, restart).
