Volunteer badge colors need refinement

Summary

The Volunteer component renders a list of tokens for each role the volunteer plays at The Collab Lab. The colors for these role tokens are only loosely based on our brand colors, and should be replaced with brand colors if possible. If not, we should be intentional about choosing some colors that reflect our brand.
