Support for Text Aligment #3687

There is currently no way to manage text alignment (e.g., left, center, right, justify) using tokens in Tokens Studio. This is related to #1138

Additional context
This feature is currently blocked and cannot be implemented due to limitations within Figma.
We are tracking this as a desired feature, but it's important to note the following blockers:
- Figma API Restrictions: The current Figma Plugin API does not provide a way to programmatically control or update the text alignment property of a text layer in the manner required to reliably link it to a token.
- Not a Native Style or Variable Property: In Figma, text alignment is a layer-specific property. It cannot be defined within native Text Styles or managed through Variables. Since Tokens Studio primarily leverages these native Figma features to apply styles, there is no existing mechanism to hook into for managing text alignment.
