How to make own keymapping?

Hello,

I would be thankful if you guide me how i can make keymapping for this plugin?

I'm not happy with by default key mapping because it overrides my other plugins key mapping which is quite hard to change to other key mapping, actually its my favourite keys ⌨

I use s (because it's default behaviour is already provided with c):

let g:surround_no_mappings = 1
" Lowercase s tries to wrap only selected text.
" Uppercase S tries to add newlines.

xmap s <Plug>VSurround

(My xmap s is actually a more complicated.)
