Replace liquidity values with TVL on pair details time period summary

Goal

As an investor, I want the trading pair time period summary to include TVL high/low values per-period instead of liquidity high/low, so that I am comparing a common metric across all trading pairs (Uniswap v2, v3, etc.).

Acceptance criteria

1. Highest liquidity and Lowest liquidity rows on trading pair details time period summary are replaced with Highest TVL and Lowest TVL (using the corresponding attributes from the API)
