Slack mrkdwn formatting not working #147

Hi, thanks for your work on this excellent tool.
When using v2.8.2, the bot seems unable to output content that is formatted correctly, unless I force it explicitly (via the system prompt) to use Block formatting. Simple markup (bold, italic, inline code highlighting) works, but additional formatting such as links or user tags (as described in the Slack formatting guide) don't seem to work. Unfortunately forcing the Block Kit via a system prompt doesn't work reliably and often breaks output.
This example shows some formatting that doesn't work in mrkdwn, but does work when forcing the Block Kit:
