Copy+paste causes lagging #6450

On MacOS 15.6.1 using version 1.12.3, I am experiencing issues with Typora lagging after doing a copy+paste. To correct it, I close Typora y reopen and it the problem goes away. - [ ] Searched existing issues to avoid creating duplicates.
