Bug summary

When using translations, a parent element in Clipboard is not translated.
FX:

1. I'm on front page (A) copying an element (C) from block list (B) - A and C are displayed correctly, B is not translated.

2. I'm on front page (A) opening an element (C) from block list (B) and copying its sub-element (D) - elements C and D are not translated

@NguyenThuyLan this can be replicated by configuring the Document Type with Localization Terms.

Example when writing a Property Name as #actions_assigndomain. Then this will be translated in the Document Workspace(when editing a document of that type).
Make the Property use a Block Property Editor, and then experience when a Block is copied the name for the clipboard entry(visible in the paste dialog) will use the name of the Property that is was copied from.

To resolve this the clipboard entry name should be rendered inside a this.localize.string() method, which will take care of the localization of all declared localizations (#abc_abc)
