Tuvan (tyv) errors with The Raven

We (@srl295 and I) have duscussed The Raven for Tuvan (https://github.com/unicode-org/test-corpora/tree/main/gutenberg/Poe-17192/output/tyv). I see that there are a lot of problems starting with the title. Караган is nonsense. We use Каарган or Кускун.

I would recommend you to use Yandex.Translator or just ask me to find proper human translator. I would like to help you.

If you are able to secure appropriate license to contribute data generated by a different machine translation service like Yandex or by a human translator, I would entertain a pull request. I think we would want to ship both versions of the data in the repository.
