[Bug]: Calendar position flip-flops from above to below on different months

Reproduction

1. Go to https://www.shadcn-vue.com/docs/components/calendar and open the birth date picker
2. Click the next icon through some different months. Observe that the calendar is sometimes above the trigger button and sometimes below. the scroll position has to be set to the popover is near the bottom of the page.

Describe the bug

On the docs site, in different months the calendar popup shows in different positions relative to the trigger button. I think the calendar needs to have a constant height between months. October seems to be taller than september.
