move this repository to codeberg? #122

Description

@untitaker

I've moved a few small projects to codeberg. The move started out as a purely ideological thing but now I've come to prefer codeberg's UX as well. It's just faster.

More recently I found that there are users (bots?) on GitHub that will automatically plagiarize your code (i.e. strip it of copyright notice and rewrite the README with AI) if it reaches a certain star count, to pad up their own resume. This has soured me on GitHub significantly as i've not been able to get that company to do anything sustainable about it. They'll only take down individual repos.

I might move the repo mid next year if there are no objections. There is one blocker though, and that is to get something equivalent to dependabot set up. It really is strictly necessary for html5lib-tests upgrades.
