Integrating in Javascript

Is there an example of how to integrate this into HTML/Javascript? I don't mind adding a button to go back to the server and utilize your Python example, but ideally I'd like to keep it client-side. Thanks.

If you're working in the browser, then it would be much more straightforward to use the Vega JavaScript library directly for image export.

See the toImageUrl and toSVG methods in the View object at https://vega.github.io/vega/docs/api/view/.

vl-convert embeds a JavaScript runtime in Rust/Python so that these conversions can happen without a browser.
