DASH live stream from Cloudflare Stream has very high CPU load #1587

This stream would cause very high CPU load when loaded with VHS. Tested locally, on the video.js official example page (replacing the source in devtools), and https://videojs-http-streaming.netlify.app. Dash.js handles this stream fine from the reference player page.
This only happens on live streams; VODs from Cloudflare Stream are also fine.
