Make mute more visible

Since using the Parakeet extension requires the user to have their main google meet mic unmuted and control their mic mute for their voice through the extension pop up, it can be unclear when the user is actually unmuted or not. There should be some indicator outside of the extension pop up to signify whether you're unmuted or not. This could be a button or just an indicator / link to open up the pop up. Probably a floating icon like the Parakeet button on meet, I think that we could also get creative with it too and modify the parakeet button to indicate being muted.

I wonder about adding a tutorial to the extension download page along w/ the message about studio sound. Also making info icon for parakeet mute button bigger.

@rhyderswen - if you have time + since you're in the inject button world with #68 - maybe you could start off the process of making this mute button for the main google meet screen? Still working on final design and location - so I'd love any input you have on the design in my comment above, and I'm going to ask Aubrey and maybe some other parakeet users about it and where would be most helpful to have this button. But if you could get a button onto the screen and have it trigger the parakeet mute/unmute, and sync state with the pop up, that'd be great! If not I'll look into it next week!

Also, modifying the parakeet button to just show the mute status, and not have actual button functionality outside of the pop up, is also still a possibility.
