Pin time axis and first row

Hi there,
I'm using the vis-timeline (in a Blazor app), to show lots of groups, similar to the 'Editable groups' example (https://visjs.github.io/vis-timeline/examples/timeline/groups/groupsEditable.html).
As I have many rows, I would like to pin the upper x axis, to be visible at any time.
Also my first row shows some information, which would be nice to be seen at any time, even if the user scrolled down.

Is this possible?
