thanks @arichiv. is this something for privacycg? I think they've typically taken on incubations of new browser-implemented privacy features. but if it's useful to briefly present to the Privacy Working Group, we may be able to schedule a short slot.

Unfortunately there is no Privacy CG slot, so I was hoping if there was time to bring it to the WG.

@arichiv it sounds like this is something we should raise on the next Privacy CG call; sorry that that group isn't meeting this week, but it's a better fit for that audience when it does meet.
