Feature Request Operator | Hide "Monitor" tab in Console for Dedicated Cloud customers

Description

Today: Dedicated Cloud customers should not see monitoring details about their Dedicated Cloud installation. Several errors are being printed and causes concerns on customer side.

Expectation: Monitoring details are not shown to the customers.

Who's asking for this and why? Customers can chose to not see the logs, right?
