Pass whole directory to `--values`

Problem

Without the ability to use helm plugins, there is no option to use multiple value files.

You can specify multiple values files. You probably meant that you can't easily specify a whole directory with values files, which is true.

The current workaround to pass the whole directory with values files would be:

nelm release install --values "$(find valuesdir -type f | paste -s -d ',' -)"

... which will become:

nelm release install --values "valuesdir/values1.yaml,valuesdir/values2.yaml"
