Data is updated upon button click, but plotly figure does not update

Hello, I am trying to create a simple program that updates a dataframe and a plotly figure from that dataframe when a button is pressed. With the code below, I (think) I am able to update the dataframe but the figure does not update when the button is pressed. Could someone help me?
