Update country / area code list #242

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes-- the current country data is several years out of date and excludes area code updates for various countries, Canada being the one that comes to mind. The following area codes are missing: 354 367 and 428.
Describe the solution you'd like
Pull updated country data from an external repository directly, rather than requiring end users to do this, https://github.com/mledoze/countries/tree/master seems like a great option.
Describe alternatives you've considered
- Pulling this data and reformatting locally to override the built-in country data.
- Using another library
