Use monthly indices for logging #7
Description
Now that we are logging the clock time corrections every 3 minutes, this is generating a lot of logs (1,440 log messages per day or 43k+ log messages per month). While that isn't huge, it would be nice to use monthly indices for logging so we can easily cleanup very old logs. Related to - but not strictly dependent on - #4.
