Hi,

I noticed that the links in README.md for "Practical - local-exec Provisioner" and "Practical - remote-exec Provisioner" are pointing to incorrect .md files.

Issue

• The "Practical - local-exec Provisioner" link does not lead to the corresponding practical documentation.
• The "Practical - remote-exec Provisioner" link also references the wrong file.

Expected behavior

Both links in README.md should point to their respective practical documentation files for the local-exec and remote-exec provisioners.

What I’ve done

I’ve updated the links locally so that they reference the correct .md files and can open a PR with the fix if this change is acceptable.
