Replace separate find_number/find_number_in_range/find_boolean with a single find_target that detects decimal, hex, binary, and toggle words. Add is_numeric_string and is_toggle_word helpers and increment_toggle_string, simplify scanning logic, and update related tests for ordering and toggles.
