Revisit the TON deposit fee #56
Description
The deposit tx fee: https://github.com/zeta-chain/protocol-contracts-ton/blob/main/contracts/gateway.fc#L111
Same for DepositAndCall.
Revisit necessity of the fee and if we keep it, consider separated the fee from the amount so the user can provide a fixed and deterministic amount for the deposit.
