Describe the bug

I want to perform an NVM backup of my ZST10 500 series usb-stick to upgrade to the ZWA-2. I have followed the migration guide and confirmed that the SDK on my ZST10 is newer than 6.61 (sdkVersion 6.81.3). However, when I press NVM Backup through zwavejsui, no file is downloaded and I have the below logs in the debug logger.
